I have spoken with JQ and asked what the procedure is for cancelling a flight. The flight is a discounted fare, so immedialtely I understand the restrictions. My confusion is that I have heard varying storys.
They are:
1. No refund, only the original amount paid, less and admin fee, will be held in credit; or
2. No refund, No credit, bad luck (virtually the words used by JQ)
It is for a JQ International flight.
Has anyone had any exprience with this and might be able to clarify?
