Called the Jetstar call centre on 131538 at 1:34PM today. Consultant advised they are having "technical difficulties" and cannot make any booking changes. Assuming it's some sort of GDS or IT connectivity issue. Consultant advises to "call back in an hour".
Call back in an hour. Still broken. "Call back in another hour".
Call back an hour later. Still broken. It's now at least 2 hours since the first call.
Very frustrating that one has to call the call centre to make a change of destination. Grrrrr.
