Jetstar call centre "technical difficulties" since around 1:30PM AEDST today

Called the Jetstar call centre on 131538 at 1:34PM today. Consultant advised they are having "technical difficulties" and cannot make any booking changes. Assuming it's some sort of GDS or IT connectivity issue. Consultant advises to "call back in an hour".

Call back in an hour. Still broken. "Call back in another hour".

Call back an hour later. Still broken. It's now at least 2 hours since the first call.

Very frustrating that one has to call the call centre to make a change of destination. Grrrrr.
 
On hold with the JQ call centre now. Wait time 54 minutes, which is hopefully a reflection that the "technical difficulties" have been resolved.

Got through to an agent after about 30 minutes. Destination change all sorted. Let's hope I never have to do that again.
