Jetstar and Lufthansa interlining questions

Hi folks,
my beloved +0,5 and the dragon mother of +1 did book a trip form MUC to MEL in November with some complicated combinations.
They way to MEL is on LH, SQ and QF. The LH flight is on waitlist for an upgrade using my eVouchers, the QF flight is on waitlist with my QF-Points.

The way back is on Jetstar MEL-BKK and Lufthansa BKK-MUC.
I successfully avoided Jetstar like a plage, but MOL preferred that routing because it saved connections in some dodgy airports.

As I see the luggage will be checked through.
The booking-class on jetstar is F. I cannot see if any bundles are included, or add any bundles (or maybe upgrades).
I could reserve seats for free but do not see if any meal is included (which may be not the problem, because they can pay on board).
Especially for +0,5: I do not see if these fares earn Points and SC: She may hit silver with a few trips on BA (I know only a little use, but she is young. Switching to the BA-Program is not an option, as our Oneworld travel is manly in Australia and LTS in in reach.

Any idea what booking class F is? Any chance to get a paid upgrade? Points and SC?
Happy MOL and +0,5 means a happy +1 and for me a happy life.
If something gets wrong, I am to be blamed.

Heyo, I can help with a few:

They will get meals, amenity kit and entertainment, so most things you get in a bundle.

You can buy upgrades to business class at the airport, but they don't come with the points earn.

F booking class is used for interline bookings according to the GDS guide but is otherwise a normal economy fare. Not sure if it earns or not.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.
