Hi all,

I need to do a status run anytime between now and May 14 to retain Gold. I was looking at JASA SYD-BNE-DRW return for 72,000 point + $541 a couple of months ago but just noticed that after Qantas changed the booking interface, those fares are no longer avail at all? Even for traveling in Apr/May next year? The only way I can get the 72,000 points fare is if I tick the "Show Classic Award" box and obviously no points or SC is earned if booked this way...

Am I missing something when searching for flights or has Qantas clamp down on JASA recently?

Thanks

TT

Well just made my JASA SC run (SYD-BNE-DRW return) over the phone!

The agent was a bit confused initially but after explaining to her that Classic Award is available for the date/time I'd like to travel and that I should be able make an ASA in U class, she got it straight away! The above threats was a massive help!
