I think it means the QF rules of visitors to the lounges under which conditions of flights / entry. Probably best to read QF rules to get the specifics.

Thanks for that, i thought there may have been some specific AFF rules of engagement that I needed to know. When you accept an invitation, as a courtesy, do you meet up with the person guesting you or is your name just left at the 'door'? Do you need to enter the lounge at the same time?

There are no specific AFF rules, it is what ever you arrange with the other person. The only rules that exist are the rules of the specific lounge and how they apply to an individual who wishes to enter.

I don't believe the will be any T2 Qantas lounge open in the ten hours before that fight.

13th Jan - BNE xMEL PER... Flights at 3:55pm so will probs be there an hour or so before. Can guest two maybe three (depending on whether SWMBO comes to see me off) into DJ.
23rd Jan - PER BNE... Red-eye can guest three will probs be there a couple hours before, maybe more depending on how early I arrive after work
