JAL express status credits?

HI all,

I am planning a flight between Busan and Narita and as a oneworld member am keen on JAL. The route is flown by JAL express. Does anyone know if this earns SC?

I know it earns points, but not many. If it doesn't earn points, I'd rather fly Asiana instead of a JAL express 737.

According to the Qantas earning tables JAL Express is included with this footnote:

Status Credits are earned on all eligible booking classes.
Excluded: Points and Status Credits are not earned on Codeshare Flights operated by airlines other than oneworld® Alliance Airlines.
