Issues accessing Membership rewards

I've been unable to access my MR points since Saturday.

Has anyone else gotten a message about the system not responding when going into see their points statement?

I am able to see the total number of points but clicking on the total points balance doesn't get me to the usual next screen.

No problems here with access.

Using IE8, accessing Ascent Premium, and the "Customer Loyalty Bonus Points" reversal has been processed.

Working fine for me, Firefox 3.6.8 w/ AMEX Plat Credit Card (Ascent).

I am getting that same problem and it is still occuring..

My points balance has not got updated since Friday last week?

Same problem with points balance not updating for about a week now.

Looks like it's fixed in the last hour or so.
