Intra USA short haul ?

I was unsure where to post.
looking at Okc-ord, 693 miles; ord-Dfw, 802 miles. With the new scale from July, are these flights counted as intra short haul or do I look at earning rate starting up to 750 miles? Both flights would be first class.

- OKC-ORD would be Intra USA short haul and earn 40 SCs in first class
- ORd-DFW would be All Other Flights 751-1500 and earn 90 SCs in first class
