I flew a bunch of Malaysia Airlines flights last month and they didn't credit to my QF account. When I tried to claim these online, I found that most of the intra Malaysia airports do not exit in the dropdown menu. I emailed them my ticket copy and boarding passes but the thing is apparently they no longer reply to emails. Has QF customer service become as pathetic as this? If it can't be done online, it can't be done at all? This airline has become a total disgrace and truly 3rd world!

I have three open tickets with QFF (two via emails, one via complaint form) and haven't had any non-automated replies (indeed they tried to close the first one).

Haven't gotten around to calling, that's probably your next step

Already tried calling. They asked me to email [email protected] which essentially was the reason I called! Also made a complaint on one of those online forms. Did get a human response which in no surprise asked me to email [email protected]!!!
 
Yes, this is the one I used. Does anyone get any response from that email for any issue?
I've had to follow up with a call and quote the reference number before it was resolved during the call itself...
