I'm in the QF Lounge thread

Lovely gesture from Qantas staff in the LAX F lounge tonight. After hearing our adult children were unable to join my wife and I (only I’m WP), our host Nubia spoke to a Qantas GM Alexi who then paged them in the business lounge and arranged for them to join us.

I only stumbled across this thread just now... I'm typically a Y or PY pleb so I'll try and refer to it next time I fly and see if I luck out on a generous post like these!!

Update: Managed to spend some quality time on my 45 minute MEL connection (which ended up being 50 minutes thanks to delays) from CBR en-route to SYD. The jellybean selection remained intact despite my arriving at close to 8 PM:

In AA Flagship LAX and will head to QF First soon. Here until ~9:30pm local time, can guest one into either.

I'm in the QF international lounge for 2 hours. Can guest one.

Was in Brisbane, Melbourne and Hobart, but for a short time. Hobart hasn't changed in 3 years since I was there last.
