I can only speak from my experience, over the last 3-4 years I have guested quite a few, and also met up with other AFFers who happened to be in the Lounge at the same time and saw my post..

Not here. But, random unsuspecting stranger guesting can be interesting. Found a Kiwi last night...all she did was sleep in MEL F lounge. I left after 1.5hrs and she was still asleep
