I've booked a room for someone else with Intercontinental (I was travelling with) and a Crowne Plaza (not travelling with). Questions?

Booked rooms for others both when we travelled together and when they were the only guest. At various IHGs. Didn’t seem to be an issue. Notified them of the guest’s name. One in Edinburgh was done using my points.

Within the last two weeks I booked stays for my children in Stockholm and Beijing on points. I emailed each hotel to confirm their details and that I was not staying. In Stockholm they were upgraded and received
My diamond breakfast. Both stays added to my personal nights .
