I have a double points promo which I'm registered for.

I was already registered for double points and just dug through the promo folder to find the double nights email - I have been able to register for both without issue.

Mind you, I don't think they count towards milestones so probably a bit pointless for me. I have Platinum through AMB, and won't get anywhere near Diamond, I don't think.

T&C's say these bonus nights do count towards milestone rewards, so I may have a CSU for our September stay at the IC Robertson Quay brilliant

Elite night credits generally actually double - for both Milestone Rewards (lounge pass at 40) and nights in the year.

Double points is typically just that and doesn't count to EQP.

I tried to register but am 'ineligible'

IME: This seems to normally happen with LL. Maybe these are North America only promotions? I did receive an email in the last week (ish) giving the same promo but have deleted it.

They seem to use multiple codes (maybe regional?) for promotions.. not that it really matters as they are generally locked to email/ member number anyway.

Interestingly this one wasn't showing up in the IHG app under promotions as available. Was only when I found the email and activated it that it showed up. Others I've seen have just showed up in the Offers section and you've been able to activate it there.

Both are not to be confused with the targeted double nights credit for status offer.

I've also just spotted a CNY 3x points for stays booked 29-30 Jan, for stays 2 Feb-28 April.

Looks like if you're registered for the 2x points for subsequent stays, you should be auto registered for it (I was). I can't rebook the Perth IC stay (only premium rooms left, at a premium price), but have cancelled and rebooked our upcoming Hotel X Fortitude Valley stay to claim.

Doh. Didn't read far enough down the fine print. Oh well, got a cheaper rate on the same booking anyway so I'll call that a win.
