i think AVOD only available in F + J on CX isn't it? so that would mean less load on the controller and less bandwidth issues.

had my first CX flights this week in J, HKG-LHR. the AVOD was very impressive, no lag at all, nice menu layout, external camera on the A346 as well. anyone know what system they use, eg: panasonic or rockwell collins etc? it cr@ps all over QF.

the QF programming is still better imo, but that is probably a cultural thing - CX have a fair bit of asian content.
