I’m leaving for Paris today ….on NETFLIX, STAN,BINGE,SBS on demand whatever….

Thanks for all the recommendations. Don't have Netflix but have just started binge watching Red Light on SBS - great show. There's some really good foreign films on SBS on demand as well

Finished White Lotus - what an amazing show on so many levels - comic, deep, gorgeous to look at, wonderful to see an Australian in lead role (with none of that Paul Hogan shtick - he’s just the hotel manager), classism, colonialism… OMG how did they pull it all off ?
my favourite character had to be the gorgeous spa worker (wanted to set up go fund me page to help her myself)..
realky worth watching
… today in wet cold lockdown Melb I plan to start the Belgian recommendation for UNDERCOVER from @Seat0B.
Hope to see some Antwerp scenes - looooove that place
PS -ladies (and men) who loved all the caftans kooky Jennifer Coolidge wore in White Lotuscyou are correct some are our lovely Aussie Camilla brand and the otherS from designer in SanDiego (written up about since the show) called Jennafer Grace!!!
I succumbed to the latter today and will it in backyard pretending I’m in Hawaii…😎😷

Netherlands and Belgium - Undercover (Netflix) - crime thriller
UK - Belgravia (iView) - amazing architecture of the Belgravia area, plus a story with women as the main characters set in the Victorian era.
Japan - Midnight Diner (Netflix) - quirky
UK/France (in both French and English, with subtitles) (SBS on demand) - great crime thriller with cooperation between French and British police- 3 seasons-suspenseful ending
France - Emily in Paris (Netflix) - it's so bad its good. Lots of beautiful French scenery.

And, World Press Photography Exhibition can be seen in Australia at the NSW State Library each May (COVID permitting).
Thanks for the tip about Undercover - it’s gripping - even more so since it’s based on true events. 😱. I certainly never want to stay in those camping grounds

I'm glad you like it - always a risk making a recommendation.

That said, I did not find the second series as compelling, but it was OK.

Struggling to use your Frequent Flyer Points?

Frequent Flyer Concierge takes the hard work out of finding award availability and redeeming your frequent flyer or credit card points for flights.

Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, the Frequent Flyer Concierge team at Frequent Flyer Concierge will help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Hi There @MARTINE

Just tried to start a conversation, but saw you don't accept conversations. Anyway, I was wanting to thank you for the Netflix recommendation for Call My Agent. I just watched the last episode and felt sad to realise that there probably won't be another series.

And I was also hoping that you are surviving your long Melbourne lockdown OK. You sounded a bit low the other day in some posts, and as a lockdown newbie, I could relate without having the stamps of having done it the hard way as all you Melburnians have. Respect! Let me know if I could do anything to support you at all.

Has anyone mentioned Biking Borders? It's a 1-part documentary/film on Netflix.
2 German guys riding bikes from Germany to China to raise money to build a school in Guatemala. Fantastic scenery, friendly locals, fabulous cause and the guys are just really fun to watch.
