There is nothing terribly complicated about this nor anything to be concerned about how the ATO would view it. The transactions are simply accounted for as a owners contribution/withdrawal.

Indeed they may be - but AFF is not the place for individuals to seek and rely apon financial advice - I was simply trying to make that point.
