I'm hoping someone on the forum may be able to assist me.
I have been trying to contact admin for the Australian Frequent Flyer to discuss an issue with my membership whereby I have been paying a Gold Membership for several years, but my profile doesn't appear to recognise my membership level, and I am unable to access the webinar section.
Whenever I click on the login, it will only take me to the forum with the message "you are already logged in" but when go back to click on webinar, it tells me to upgrade my membership to get access.
Upon checking my profile, it shows I am simply a member ...... and doesn't display Gold Member.
I have tried contacting through the "support" link and sent off emails, but I haven't had a response.
Could someone give me some direction on how I can raise the issue and get my membership sorted.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
