How to book business on Jetstar site?

I'm sure there's something I'm missing here, but I can't seem to find the option to search/price flights in business on the Jetstar flight.

I select the destination (eg SYD > HNL) and dates, there's no option at the search screen to select class of travel. Then I select the times, and click through to the bundles. Bundles offered at this stage are Economy Starter. FlexiBiz, Plus and Max. Regardless of what is chosen, the seat map only allows me to choose economy seats.

Could someone advise, what is likely the obvious option I'm missing to choose business class at the search screen or add a business bundle?

When you select flight time, there is the choice to change to business. I missed it the first time too.

I pick business for testing, Nov 10 this year, SYD - HNL, and back on the Nov 17, and the J option comes up.
$314 in Y, $1149 in discJ without QFF bundle, one way.
Maybe on the dates you want, the J cabin might have been booked out ie not available.
