How to access VA Business Flyer discounted Lounge membership?

I see that VA Biz Flyer members get discounted VA lounge membership. How does one actually go about getting the discounted rate? With Qantas Business Rewards, it's easily done online by logging into the QBR account as an admin and doing it on behalf of the member. Can't see a similar option in the VA Biz Flyer login area or separate Rewards login area for businesses. Really hoping it doesn't take a phone call every time you want to access a discounted membership - that'd be quite a timewaster. Is the option hidden somewhere, or is the phone the only option?

I tried to find an answer but agree that Virgin doesn't make this clear at all, unfortunately.

As far as I can tell, if your Velocity account is linked to a VA Business Flyer account, it would show the discounted price when you buy a lounge membership through the regular portal.
