In an article just posed on ABC, they are using the following stock photo of MEL airport. It is clearly very old. Wunala Dreaming was from 2003 to 2011. Anyone have an idea precisely how old judging by the combination of planes?

No earlier than 2003, as Wunala Dreaming entered into service then (as a 747ER). No later than 2011 as that is when the Hilton became the Park Royal.

To add: Probably no earlier than 2005 as gates 9 and 11 have the A380 bridges.

Wunala Dreaming, Jetstar and a Qantas 737-800, and a Hilton are there, so I'd go mid 2000s.

Eureka Tower in the city background was completed in 2006, and that water tower was Tiger Air branded in 2007. So that provides a time window

.
Melbourne Airport’s water tower was painted in Tiger Airways colours helping mark the location of Tiger’s terminal on the airport precinct. (Paul Sadler)
