So as of last Friday, I'm now QF PS. :D

Does anyone know:

(a) How long will it take for me to receive my PS card pack?

(b) Is it normal to not receive any sort of confirmation email?

(c) Does a new QF card mean a new Qantas Cash card number?/does it invalidate my current Qantas Cash card before I receive the new card?

Hi ajd,

a) I've received mine in 7 days, however two weeks is the normal amount of time I believe.

b) Yes, perfectly normal. Your status will update online and that's you're only real way of confirming it.

c) I've had the same card number for both my SG and WP cards, and the old cards remain active until you activate your new one when it arrives. It will then be cancelled when you call up to activate your new one.

The normal stated time is 10-14 days. New cards are Qantas Cash enabled. If you need a card faster, there are options (such as sending an old style non QF Cash), but you'd need to contact QFF about it.

Now with contactless delivery, shop online to get drinks delivered to your door or pick up in-store in 30 minutes. Lowest Liquor Price Guarantee. Biggest Range.
