How long for eticket to be issued? (BA flight, AA redemption)

Hi all.

Last Saturday I redeemed AA points for 2 flights in Jan 2014. Both flights are on BA.

The JFK>PAR was ticketed the next day.

I am still waiting for the LHR>JFK tickets to come through.

Does anyone know how long this typically takes? I was going to call the AA office today but forgot to do so.

I would call, there is probably some information missing from the booking and its unable to be ticketed until rectified. AA will not flag this or call you and you must call them.
I nearly lost two F awards due to a similar issue
