How long for Bonus Hotel Club points to credit?

Hey guys,

Never used Hoteclub before but since they're offering the 5x bonus points I thought I'd give it a ok. I made my booking on the hotelclub.com/amex link provided on the bonus partners website and the transaction has gone through with only the regular points being credited.

On the point statement it reads as "www.flairview.com / SYDNEY"

Anybody booked with hotelclub before and if so how long did it take to receive the points? Been waiting about 3 weeks now.

Maybe I'm just impatient as the BP points posted straight away!

HotelClub bonus points will take 8-10 weeks to post. I booked back on 7/3/12 and the bonus points were credited on 10/5/12.

From the HotelClub T&C:

"Please allow 8 to 10 weeks for Bonus Points to be credited to your account."

A bunch of mine never bothered to post... I couldn't be bothered chasing up.

I find them to be quite slow, however if at the 8 week point I haven't received them I will call and Amex always follows them up.

Given the amount of points you can get through this I think its definitely worth chasing up if they don't post in 8 weeks - I've got many many many thousands of points from these promotions.

I gave up chasing Amex for them after 3 phone calls, and they just gave me a "good will" credit for some points....

As long as its after the 8 weeks I've never had an issue with just one phone call...

Mine took 57 days.... or 8 weeks and 1 day!!
