Home delivery of QF Magazine during COVID-19

Felt the love today with the May mag (never got April) showing up. WOO

obviously thinner than the "usual" (or shall we say previous printed books).

I suspect most airlines will take the opportunity to never bring printed mags back which is fair enough.

Sure, can be read on line but at least with this one I can pass it to my sister for her to do the puzzles. She always tells me the QF ones are her faves lol.

btw I am shy of Points Club, so it's just the P1 that did it

I suspect QF's dark art of PCV is at play here along with status to prioritise those flying QF the most

As others have said, it's available via PressReader, and you can get a free subscription from most public libraries. My May copy was available on 1st May.
But I doubt that it'll continue to be published for long, as readership will be way down and therefore advertising will come to a halt.
I like the fact that QF magazines are available via PressReader (and auto downloaded when available) - as I don't travel with QF that much in recent years, I do like to read their magazines (minus the ad pages). BA magazines are not available on PressReader, only via an app, and they have not published one for April or May (while QF has done so but not sure for how long as you have flagged). A free subscription of PressReader through public libraries is great, much better than the ones offered by airlines or hotels on a limited time.

I got one for May, lowly WP.

As a data point when I hit LTG it coincided with the end of membership year at end of October so I decided to switch to VA.

Currently sitting on 20 SC with no bookings since October.

Got the May edition delivered too! Great outlet in these difficult times... The route maps are absent as well as the transit and general travel information, so they must have published the mag for us on the ground only..

I make do without it and in any event beginning a “purge of papers” that Im unlikely to ever re-visit

.... but I suppose the mag gets 14 days quarantini coming into SA.

SEEMS to me AP are overwhelmed with parcels and huge delays in getting anything into/out of Oz....

Mind u, 15kms seems like you’d be better off with Uber delivery services....lol

oh there was a $50 voucher with the May one? I looked but did not find one. There was just the insert of various ways to earn points type thing . I didn't see a $50 voucher or code or anything there, nor in the mag. Interesting.

Just received an email from QFF with the link to the May digital edition. Also available for download as a PDF.

I guess that means I won’t be getting a copy in the post.

Could be because I used the first one pretty much immediately. Or they have worked out I only ever purchase with a voucher (doubt their system is that sophisticated though).

I actually reckon it was an error. The insert did not refer to a wine voucher like the first one did. Voucher also had same expiry date.

Gratefully received in any event.

I got the email too and there was a link to some quizzes - they just tell you that you got 10/18 or whatever and don't tell you which was right and which is wrong - harummphh

Email was a APB

I gather for earlier months they needed to ‘dispose’ of paper copies but for May hopefully didn’t do as big a print run

Can you share a mirror of that downloadable PDF because nothing I try will get that horrible link to work from the Qantas website.

Hopefully you got it because it isn’t working for me either now. I didn’t bother completing a download as i already had it in PressReader.

I got the email, which was probably the most interesting email I've ever had from QF apart from emails directly related to DSC offers or bookings 😂. At least I read this one before deleting.
