Help [AFF renewal]

qff is telling me my gold membership will expire in 7 days and that i should renew via PayPal. i don't have PayPal and subscribed last year with my visa. i cannot find where this is done. can someone please point me the right direction for this process

Something is not right here. As fair as I know QF don't use paypal, and you can't renew a gold FF. You get it by flying.

You only pay once off via a credit card for membership to the FF program

this is a copy from the email regarding expiry.

Your access to the paid subscription "Gold Membership" is about to expire.
If you have selected a recurring subscription you will be automatically billed for the renewal, else to renew this subscription you must visit http://www.australianfrequentflyer.com.au/community/payments.php
If you do not extend your subscription, access will be removed.

That should be AFF!

You need to send a PM to admin with your issue.
 
That's from this website (australian frequent flyer), not Qantas (qantas frequent flyer).
 
As posted earlier, the email is from this site (australianfrequentflyer.com.au) not Qantas. It is a reminder to renew your AFF GOLD subscription.

Please contact me by PM if you need more information about renewing your AFF Gold membership.
