Heathrow T3 Lounge Access

I've a trip coming up with an early morning arrival at LHR T3. I'm a Qantas Club Bronze member and was wondering if there anywhere I can grab a shower before heading into the city. Is it true that there is no longer access to the Admirals Club in arrivals?

AA arrivals lounge has paid access however, it appears you need to be traveling on AA Flagship Lounge(R) / Arrivals Lounge

If you have priority pass the Air Canada lounge isn't too bad.. Used it last year.

What class are you travelling - if QF first or Business then the AArivals lounge would be available.
