Got this email from Woolies:

healthylife's Ways to Well programs will inspire you to eat healthier and get you motivated to move. With a range of topics tailored to your experience and goals, simply sign up and enjoy expert advice delivered to your inbox - free. Plus, complete the programs and share your feedback to collect up to 9000 points across 9 Ways to Well programs (that's 1000 points per program).*

T&Cs from the Healthylife website are:

*Terms and conditions

When

Promotion runs from 00:01 AEDT 30/09/2021 to 23:59 AEDT 31/12/2021.

Where

Offer available at healthylife.com.au.

Who

This offer is available to all Everyday Rewards members. You will need to enter your registered Everyday Rewards membership number when signing up to a Ways to Well health program.

How it works

To collect 1000 points, complete one level of a Ways to Well health program at healthylife.com.au, and complete the final feedback survey (with a response of at least 100 characters). You must ensure your registered Everyday Rewards membership number is entered in the field provided at program sign up to collect 1000 points. You can enjoy this offer on all available nine (9) Ways to Well health program levels during the promotional period. Offer can be enjoyed one (1) time only for each level of a Ways to Well health program per Everyday Rewards card. A maximum of 9,000 points can be collected as part of this offer.

When will I get my points?

Your 1000 Everyday Rewards Points per program will appear on your Everyday Rewards Card within 14 business days after you complete the program level including the final feedback survey.

Exclusions

Money spent on gift cards, delivery charges and any services or subscriptions where payment is not taken on healthylife.com.au will not count toward your qualifying spend and you will not collect Everyday Rewards points on these exclusions.

It looks - on the surface at least - like you do not have to spend any money, just fill out some surveys in order to get your (maximum of) 9000 points.

Three categories - Eat, Move, Feel and three levels within each category - Good, Better, Great

Each program runs for 5 to 7 days and can be run concurrently - supposed to run from 30/09 to 31/12

At the time of writing - you can subscribe to 'eat' and 'move', 'feel' is not yet live

I think I'll pass.

Signed up for all nine programs, got a bunch of daily emails for a few days, then eight "claim your reward" emails (which involved providing at least 100 characters worth of feedback). A few days later got 8000 rewards point (which were, in my case, converted to 4000 Qantas FF points).

Even though I signed up to nine programs, I only got eight "claim your rewards" emails, so one wasn't sent (I did check my spam folder). I contacted HealthyLife via live chat on the website and was told just to re-join that particular program. Did so and should now receive another set of emails for that 9th program, hopefully followed by a "claim your reward" one.

All in all, a pretty quick and easy way of getting 8000 EDR / 4000 QFF points.

Thanks for sharing JP, will try this, doesn't sound too hard.

How did you sign up to the ‘Feel’ courses? It only says ‘Coming Soon’…

Hmm. Contrary to what I suggested in my original post, the three programs I actually signed up for were (Eat) Sugar, (Eat) Veggies and (Move) Essentials:

Ways to eat - Sugar and Veggies - a total of six different sign-ups for Good/Better/Great

Ways to move - Move Essentials - three more sign-ups for Good/Better/Great

It's a bit confusing.

I obviously did not register correctly each course but I have had 3000 QFF points credited to my Qantas account. Good points for not a lot of time.

Yea just got 5000 out of the 9000 WR reward today. I am wondering if I will get the 4000 missing ones. I am pretty sure I correctly registered and provided feedback to all 9 programs.

Bit random for me, 1 of my accounts got 6000 and another 4000. I am sure there's science behind it all 😂

As per their advice, I re-registered for the ninth program (for which I was not sent a survey), but never got any daily emails, nor another survey... probably because their system thinks I've already registered.

Will have to follow up to see if I can get the missing 1000 EDR points, cause I want those extra 500 QFF points to help retain Qantas Points Club.

Looks like it's been enhanced to 200 points per program. Yeah, nah.
Disappointing.
Sure the promo has been running 6 weeks and the downgrade is within the promo T&Cs, but no - I won’t be bothering for 800 points less per program.

Just got 8,000 points from this program ($40). No idea what happened to the other 1,000 points but that concerned especially given how they have now dropped to 200 points per completed program.

I received 4000 QF points through Woolworths and this promotion is the only place it could have come from. Shame it has been downgraded as it was a great way to earn some points.

One account got 4000 QF points and the other 3000 QF points...don't know why and not chasing it.

I don't see HL ever running this promo again... What a shambles, but it was free money so I don't feel entitled to complain, but the numbers are all so random split between multiple tranches and they seemed totally unprepared for something mummy Woolworths could have told them would happen?

All Mummy Woolworths tells them is to charge 3-4 times what other people are 😂

Got 6,000 WW pts last week which I thought was a few short. Then yesterday I got another 6,000 which has me thinking I’ve received a few too many. Whatever, I’ll take whatever they give me.
