Who
This offer is available to all Everyday Rewards members. You will need to enter your registered Everyday Rewards membership number when signing up to a Ways to Well health program.
How it works
To collect 1000 points, complete one level of a Ways to Well health program at healthylife.com.au, and complete the final feedback survey (with a response of at least 100 characters). You must ensure your registered Everyday Rewards membership number is entered in the field provided at program sign up to collect 1000 points. You can enjoy this offer on all available nine (9) Ways to Well health program levels during the promotional period. Offer can be enjoyed one (1) time only for each level of a Ways to Well health program per Everyday Rewards card. A maximum of 9,000 points can be collected as part of this offer.
When will I get my points?
Your 1000 Everyday Rewards Points per program will appear on your Everyday Rewards Card within 14 business days after you complete the program level including the final feedback survey.
Exclusions
Money spent on gift cards, delivery charges and any services or subscriptions where payment is not taken on healthylife.com.au will not count toward your qualifying spend and you will not collect Everyday Rewards points on these exclusions.
