I was flying MEL-SYD-OOL today on QF. I had a suitcase, and a bike in an oversize case. Landed late in SYD (after air traffic control required circling for a while) @ 1:29pm and both items were on the OOL plane which departed @ 1:58pm.
I’d gone straight from one gate lounge to the other and boarded the next plane. I had no concerns about my luggage as I sat on the second plane, as my Apple AirTags showed that my bags had made the transfer to the next plane.
Very happy with QANTAS service and my AirTags.
