I ordered my mug, it arrived and then I got this email:

It’s come to our attention that the Genie let some mugs out of the lamp a little too early. These mugs don’t meet the quality standards we expect from him.

To make up for this, we will refund your $10 delivery cost and have arranged for a replacement mug to be sent to you. We anticipate it will arrive in the coming weeks.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused and are happy for you to keep both mugs.

Can't see anything wrong with the mug I received. But am happy to get the new mug and $10.

And today I got my new mug. The $10 came awhile ago. So two Tim Tam mugs for $25. Quite happy with that.

And since I received several packets of Tim Tams when I left my last job I can coordinate my eating and drinking.
