I'm travelling QF Business from PER later this year, and was wondering what other's experience has been with bringing guests into the Dom PER Business Lounge?
My son (17) is driving me to the airport (but not flying with me), and I'd like to spend as much time with him as possible - what are the chances I can bring him in to the lounge as a guest? Technically he's a child, but I also see that technically guests need to be flying with the Lounge entrant according to QF rules.
When I was last there earlier this month, our (redeye) departure was delayed by 2hrs (till 2am), the QF Club - which I had passes for - was closed at 9pm, and we were directed to the business lounge - where the concierge didn't even check our entry, just smiled at us (I was travelling with Miss 12 that time).
If that is the norm, I assume my son tagging along for a drink and a chat won't raise any red flags?
