Got Myer One? [Earn points at Caltex]

Of course, the Myer hotel chain. Why did I not think of putting it there?

There was some logic to my decision to post the thread in the Hotel Loyalty section - there were other MyerOne threads in the Hotel Loyalty section (including the one in my original post). I couldn't see any other section that was more relevant. The fact this thread is now in the Woolworths Everyday Rewards section is odd too.

I had a look through the PDF for Victorian participants for this scheme. I saw some "Safeway" branded petrol stations, but not many. Victoria is in transition still between the Woolworths and Safeway name. New petrol cobranded stations are opening with the WW name but some of the existing cobranded stations haven't changed name.

The Caltex stores near my area who are participants in the program are all standalone so I couldn't stack the loyalty program bonuses in the one transaction. I was trying to calculate whether it was worth joining Myer one just for the credits earned on the fuel puchases. For me personally, it doesn't seem worth it. Good luck to anyone who's lucky enough to have a cobranded fuel outlet where you can earn bonuses from both loyalty programs.

It is now in its own section ;)

Yeah not many petrol stations in VIC where you can triple dip. Plus I don't shop enough at Myer to also to justify joining this program.

Used mine today first time,
No signage anywhere or invitation from the console operator to produce it though . I had to ask first.

It's been 8 days and my points haven't posted yet. Does anyone know how long Myer One points normal take to post (either Myer themselves or other Myer One points).

I have done my first Myer one/Caltex transaction. I'm not sure how to access my Myer one account though. I better find out. Thanks DeKa. I'm not sure exactly why I need Myer points, but after a while on AFF one finds that points of all sorts are NEEDED

You can send MrsNewk clothes shopping at Myer with the vouchers. If she runs out of MyerOne originated vouchers, tell her to stop off at Coles and buy some Myer Gift cards on DJs AMEX ;)

I just wish there was more consistency between Caltex stations - some surcharge, some don't. Some are Woolies branded and accept Wish gift cards, some don't. Definitely less consistency as Shell/Coles Express. I also find that for the areas I tend to visit, they don't have Vortex 95 Premium, only Vortex 98.

Note: they're also a bonus partner for Westpac Altitude cardholders, with 1 bonus point/$. Brings the Amex on par with Plat Edge.

It's now been 69 days and no points. MyerOne have no contact details other than a phone number... this should be fun.

Just checked my Myer One history and my points from Caltex have been credited!

I complained and they have blamed my card as being faulty. I have no idea how, as the card swipes successfully, and the number is printed on the bottom of the Caltex receipts.
I've been asked to email receipts in to
[email protected] to get the claim processed, which will take another month!

Is it worth it? Not really ...

I'm now getting a new MyerOne card.

Well, I have a contact name and email at Myer now, so I will just keep contacting that person until I get my points. Thankfully the Myerone card number prints on the Caltex receipts.

These credits are now posting very quickly - about 10 days.
Luckily I'd kept my receipts and was able to get the ones from the early days credited manually.

No double MyerOne credits, but I can't be bothered following that one up.
