J is meant to be a premium product and service. If something is available it should be offered.
It's common sense that they're not going to re-use pyjamas. I've flown QR J a number of times and had no idea you could take the small pillow. So clearly people don't know.
I just don't get the point of trying to save $5 on pyjamas for a flight that costs several thousand. If it's a cost thing, add $5 more to the fare. People won't notice that difference. How about airlines just provide good service...or should one have to ask for that too?
