Is hubby into photo 're-adjustment' - such as 'straightening up' the silos? (I progams like Lightroom)

Re the shed, I just googled it, Ah! The poles actually hold a really big roof up! I thought it was some sort of artistic installation. That makes it much more interesting :).

So after all the Stick Shed excitement, and yes I counted them, there's 560, we checked in at the Horsham International, words can't describe how happy this hotel makes me.

Hubby bought me Lush bubble bars so I planning on taking a swim in the tub.

King size comfy bed.

But note, shower of death over tub and no hand rail. I hate shower of death over tub

But before my imminent death, dinner.

Scallops

Veggie pumpkin and goat cheese for me

Dinosaur rib for hubby

Pleasantly full so no dessert and there is a tub calling me from the upstairs.

When he gets home he works on them, that photo is raw. Protools or something?

And is it Birthday now?

It's really interesting the variation of the paintings. Some I really like and others are just so so. Great photos though

I can’t remember the last time I had a bath  ;)
I hate our tub at home, only good for toddlers, so hotels I try to get a big tub. This one is huge.

The Lascelle one I didn't like in person but is becoming a fav. Didn't think I would like the Sheep Hills (coloured one) but surprised when I got there that I did like it.

As we make our way back to Adelaide we stopped at the Dimboola Pink Lake. As we turned the bend, my husband says, 'It's PINK! It's really PINK!'.

Would love to see it in March, when it's dry and the salt is harvested.

Made our way back to the border but first, the fruit we purchased in SA and took to Vic had to be destroyed on return to SA

Hubby decided to eat his bananas instead.

As we were driving, would see signs for railways or local monuments but he didn't want to stop but then we saw a sign for Bob Hawkes house at Bordertown. He may be an ahole, I preferred Hazel, but he's our ahole so we went looking for his childhood home, which is now a Centrelink office :p

And then we found a landrover up a tree, no idea why but it was sign worthy.

And we end up where our first silo sighting started, at Coonalpyn, but with blue skies this time.

And here is where my husband decided we will stay the night, instead of driving through to Adelaide or Hahndorf. I think it's because he's hoping the clouds will stay away for night photography but I think the weather has the last laugh.

I saw a echidna!

Yes, at 100klms per hour while trying not to squish it as it crossed the road but I saw it. Very cool and I hope it made it to the other side safely.

We have them, I guess, but I've only seen them in zoos. I would have stopped but single lane, cars behind me.

I was so looking forward to Hahndorf but left feeling underwhelmed by the stores and street and slightly anxious by the crowds, the buses and the huge caravans being towed down the main street. Would hate to visit on a busy summer weekend.

I had a few stores I wanted to visit but one was closed today, one closed permanently and one I couldn't find. The others were OK but again, crowds, cars, trucks, it wasn't a pleasant stroll through a cute country town.

Picked up a couple of sauces, chutneys and choc dipped fruit.

Overall, I wouldn't visit again but I would go to the Hahndorf fruit market that has lots of wonderful goodies but without the people crush.

Woohoo, back to Adelaide and the Playford where there's a spa tub, valet and a pool that hubby couldn't wait to get in to as he missed doing his laps.

Will try to take hotel photos tomorrow but it's lots of deco and marble and we got early checkin as Hahndorf didn't take as long as I hoped. Picked this hotel as it has valet, spa tubs and a pool. Spa and valet for me and pool for a hubby.

There's also a sauna room but the spa got me so relaxed, just had a 1.5hr nap.
