That hopefully is not required again.
Unfortunately his tongue tie reattached but we're just not willing to put him through that again right now. Maybe when he's older he can get it done in the chair. But he had a cyst removed from under his tongue last time and it awful. He didn't eat or drink for three days, hence the oxy.

There is a difference between taking something for kicks or for fun and being addicted

Is there? Why does someone who takes them for fun continue to take them if not addicted even if addicted to the feeling?

I'm considered to be addicted if I'm told these drugs are addictive and I ignore advice and continue to use them? I have to accept alternate treatment even if it means I suffer?

Everyone reacts differently to each and every drug. The responsible ones are the ones that usually suffer.

I know where you live ...... but have our own post surgery stock untouched 🤫

It's amazing how life works.

Dad out of hospital 6 days ago and we've been thinking about aged care but he's making huge improvements.

At the moment mum mashing food with mortar and pestle and dads appetite has returned often asking for more.

He's also walking inside the house (slowly) using walker and sometimes his cane. Home care come to help him shave and shower. Today he actually sat at the table.

P.S. I booked flights to Sydney for today to see dad in hospital but he was home early. Hoping he continues to recover and I've asked dad to wait 4 weeks for daughters school holidays.
