May that continue :) but I think that 'chronic' is used in the sense of 'continuing' rather than 'really bad'.
The plan. I haven’t developed the plan. I do have the chronic illness. But managed very well. Not curable but manageable for most people.

Note to self. Get cataracts done. Which type of Doctors to people visit for such work? Have a GP visit next Wednesday.

I have to get a referral from GP for Ophthalmologist. They won't do your cataracts unless they are bad enough - it makes such a difference though - just got two letters - due for colonoscopy and Ophthalmologist appointment - oh yay

Sometimes I just ignore such letters but never had one for a colonoscopy reminder though. Makes the dentist one seem a snap.

The GP and nurse will put together the plan. Mine have been pretty pro forma. Fill in the lurgies, and the specialists you have nominated, and out comes the plan. I never look at it from one year to the next,

My dose is 50mcg, but expected to rise to 100mcg shortly following another TFT.
My TSH was reported as being 47 while T3 and T4 were both low.
Went to the GP today to get some repeat scripts and get the results of a TFT. Two months after commencing Eutroxsig (50mcg) my TSH is down to 0.31 which I find amazing. Neither T3 or T4 test results seemed to be on the report though.

GP's seem to rely very much on TSH as the indicator for treatment. Good outcome.
