For anyone interested, here is the menu for the MasterClass lunch at the hotel:



For afternoon tea, New York Cheesecake and Mushroom Aranchini will be provided.

Tea, coffee, still and sparkling water will be available throughout the day.

All of this catering is included for MasterClass participants.

The hotel is also aware of the dietary requirements for those who informed us of these on their registration forms.

@BriarFlyer I’m happy to take it off your hands. Given the time of year (EoFY), my occupation and my wife’s birthday today was never going to be easy to arrange, but I luckily had some clients that kindly agreed to see me on Friday in Sydney. As I flew back home last night from @penegal’s funeral trip to be at home today, then I got a leave pass. I’ll DM you.

I don't think so, sorry.

Unlike last time, most of the seats will not be at tables. However, I believe there will be a few desks in Room 1 for those who would like to sit at one. Power outlets won't be easily accessible from any of the seating areas, but I'm sure there will be a few charging outlets around the space for those who need them.

Sadly, I'll be on the wrong side of Sydney at that stage (Parramatta seing clients) @Mattg. I'll have a drink when I get to HI Parramatta - I'll need it after seeing 5 clients (family group) in a combination of English and Haka Chinese (mine is non-existant - thankfully 2 of the second generation translate).
