Spent the last 5 of my birthdays in the air. never even thought to ask at the airport, but always got stuff at hotels like drink cards and bottles of bubbles.

To answer my own question as the OP, I flew MEL - DRW - MEL on my birthday last week with VA. I didn't get anything. But I did fly 6F with 2 shadows on the way to DRW & 3D with a shadow on the way back & I'm only silver.
