My SC expiry day is 30 June. Do flights that day count in this year's activity or next? ie: when does the actual SC deletion occur, looking at past activity it seems to be that day.

Need to do an SC run to retain plat, and given they usually don't credit till the next day, unsure what happens if I squeeze in the last required flights that day.

TIA.

They will count towards the year that they are earned, even if on the last day of that year! Might need to phone up though if the WP status doesn't renew in time.

As above, you can take a flight leaving at 23:59 on 30/06/2011 and it'll count towards your re-qualification for this year, but if it leaves after midnight, you'll turn into a pumpkin, or something like that.

It could depend where in the world you are. I was similarly concerned for my PG last year because I was in the US on the expiry date. There seemed to be some slop in the system that got the SCs credited on the right side of midnight in, I guess, SYD.

Thanks fellas. I was sure that was the case but needed to be sure.

As mentioned above, if you fly on the day, you will be given the credit for it.

Funnily enough, this year I had to get 20 SC to hit WP and I flew on my expiry day itself. After talking to QFF staff, I was told that it takes a few days for my SC's to be reset and that the system will 'credit' me the flight and acknowledge my WP for the following year.

This all occured without incident.

Daniel
