Flybuys Travel: no points earn 2 months after hotel stay

Turns out, from reading what has been written above, in re to Flybuys Travel, looks like my feelings of disappointment are not new!
Thought that they were good, but not so.
Will not book with them again, count me now as a minus with them.
Despite their spiel, and that FB points can be earned with hotel stays, nothing has appeared.
This is now now 2 months since stay, and they say wait 8 weeks for points.
Sent in copy of booking to Flybuys itself, no points/no email acknowledgement.
Called them, Flybuys contact centre, waited a long time, they can't help, call Flybuys Travel, run by CMT, nothing.
If earning points is important to you, best would be to go with VA's own hotel booking website, or QFF's own hotel booking website, or Booking.co(m), or Agoda.co(m), or your other choices, to earn points in their own programs.

After several emails, they will now escalate my claim.
Still have to wait another 7 days tho.
Why is it so hard/long to wait, for points to be put to members account after a hotel stay.
Still hasn't appeared in my account, but at least they have acknowledged my email.
And this is after FB centre said they can't help, and to contact FB Travel/CTM.
