Flybuys Targeted Bonus Promotions

According to my 2025 Wrap Up I too am in the top 0.1%, and I transferred every one of my points to Velocity … yet I’m only in the “top 20%” of Velocity transfers! Am I missing a secret way of earning more Velocity points from FlyBuys, or is it simply that “top 20%” is the highest tier there is?

Fascinated to find myself in the top 9% despite only joining FlyBuys in late August. Then again, I suspect a majority of people just swipe the card at the shops and assume FB/EDR is a waste of time that never gets you enough points for anything.

Yep, if you use the app and activate the bonus point offers it more-or-less goes without saying that you’ll be in the top 10%.

According to my 2025 Wrap Up, well over 90% of the points I earned were bonus points.

Some may I guess got the Coles Mastercard that comes 30 or 40k bonus signup FBs to boost their FB tallies.

Some prob flew a lot on VA & received many velocity points this way.

They were really late today after 6pm. Both accounts $50x 4 for 10k. Now I have a dilemma because Woolies offered $90 x 4 for 10k. I can't do all 3.

$180 x 4 week for 20,000
$90 x 4 weeks for 10,000 on the 2nd account

Will do both, as well as the woolies offer so about $400 per week :(

Our Woolies one was just those random ones but no four week ones. I do like the Woolworths cause you can do over the week but with a $50 and a $60 we can do those as the two shops for the week

@lovestotravel we may have a few too many bottles of soap that may last till end of 2027 lol , bought on previous sales

Yes yes again, happy camper.
$210 x 4 week for 20kFBs
Or
$160 x 4 weeks for 10k FBs

After grabbing bonus FBs in the $100 MasterCard current offer this week, it's great guns on velocity points.

Still crickets at edr.

$130 X 4 for 10k
$180 X 4 for 20k

Probably not going to manage to sustain 180/wk for a month, when it's just the two of us (in an apartment, so storage constrained to boot). Good to be back in the game though.

Don't know why such an easy offer, but very welcome:
4X$70 for 10000 pts.

The Woolies alternative was 4x$260 for 22000 pts. They're dreamin....

Perhaps this Friday will be the beginning of another four weeker
And indeed it is. 50*4 on both accounts starting tomorrow with first week ending next Sunday, while woolies is 90*4 with first week ending this week.
Will start the woolies one this week, and see whether or not both are sustainable given plans over the next month. Certainly spend $190 in groceries, just don't know if I can be bothered planning intensely over the three weeks that overlap
