What do most people do when they do a click and collect for $50.25 for a $50 spend (for a four week bonus) and then they don't have something so the invoice is less than $50. I just used the chat function and it was painfully slow

Only happened to us twice and that was few years ago. Resolved easily on the phone.
I called in whatever the FBs number is.
I dread chat boys, I've lost a couple monitors using them, ha.

I wait till the end of the 4 weeks and then call. Tell them it was an online order and that's all they need to bonus points you up.

Thanks - missed week 1 of my 4x$90 due to a case of beer out of stock but looks like I'll do weeks 2 and 3, so if I also do week 4, I'll give them a bell.

3. Stocking up on points

Points can be redeemed in multiples of 2,000 points only. Every 2,000 points equates to $10 off your shop. Minimum spend $10, minimum points balance 2,000 points. You will be asked if you wish to redeem your available Flybuys points balance to the highest increment of 2,000 points. Maximum of up to $400 off shop per transaction applies and is dependent on points balance. If you activate to join the Promotion you won't be able to redeem 2,000 points for an Instant $10 off at Coles during the Promotion, however all other Flybuys redemption options are available and you can still convert your points to Flybuys Dollars3 to spend in-store at selected Flybuys partners. Alternatively, Coles Pay4 customers can redeem Flybuys points for money off their shop online at Coles with Coles Pay.​

Nope but I signed up because I'm not getting any worthwhile offers outside of the 4 wk/10k ones and item 3 threatens to change that. Not holding my breath.

Double points for something I am already doing, although they will turn the $10 redemption prompt at the checkout back on in December. Which I will promptly turn off again.
