Flybuys Targeted Bonus Promotions

Anyone had issues with these multi week point/spend offers?

I activated it, spent the required $60 in the first week, now the offer has vanished.

Also took 3 days for the shop to even appear on the activity. At least WOW is instant in posting in all these cases, Flybuys still lagging on the tech front.

Coles documents this behaviour.

The offer temporarily disappears from your account at the end of each week while we check if you have qualified. If you have met your spend amount, it will re-appear the following Wednesday.

Your invoice should be on the Coles website. Under 'more' then 'orders and purchases'

Providing you have Coles acc & linked your FBs.
Also I guess that you've signed up for digital receipts.

But it is there, at least for myself & has been discussed up thread.

Finally showed up in the wee small hours this morning. Week 2 done. No sign of the 2000 points though. (It may have been rolled into the Friday order? Again, who knows given the coughpiness of Flybuys/Coles systems compared to Woolworths.)

The tech really is rubbish compared to WOW.
Why they cant track activity in real time like WOW do is beyond me. Trying to find perks and bonuses (pending and used )
Activate reddy bonus (and do the minimum spend in reddy >$200 weeks ago) = nowhere to be seen and some weird number of pts on my activity.
Only useful thing has been the Curtis Stone glass containers (they seen to track in real time).
I have Aldi/WOW and COL all close so just get what I need and if the deity of points align so be it

That tech issue goes back a while, but WOW seems to be miles ahead on many IT fronts, even just basics like online chat. What really is the stand out for me, is the real time tracking, and posting. I did the final week shop in one of those 15000 point offers the other week, I paid at the self serve, and by the time I got to my car, the points are already converted and sitting in my QFF account.

Same here it was for the recent coles online promotion spend 250+ get 5000 FB points

Flybuys had some stupid thing a while back where you needed a physical flybuys card to redeem the dollars also.

I believe you still do if you're doing it retrospectively and have disabled the in-register claim function
