Flybuys Targeted Bonus Promotions

I have hopefully trained it to be - 4x$50 for 10K points which is what I got today after finished recent one about a week ago
Also finished a 4x $90 2 weeks ago for 10,000 FB points and today got a 4 x $100 for 10,000 FB points. If it keeps on going up I'll rest for a while and see if the spend goes down.

4x$170 for 10,000 pts. Not going to happen.

We'll see how 4 weeks with zero spend goes...

Got two $50 x 4 for 10,000 points. Surprised as the last time one was set at $70 and the other $60.

It appears that a significantly lower spend each week (say $35ish) is read as an issue to be addressed whereas 4 weeks of zero is often interpreted as you’ve gone on holiday.
The jury is still out on whether a declining trend ( $35, $31…) makes any difference vs flat low $30 amounts.

Anyone had issues with these multi week point/spend offers?

I activated it, spent the required $60 in the first week, now the offer has vanished.

Also took 3 days for the shop to even appear on the activity. At least WOW is instant in posting in all these cases, Flybuys still lagging on the tech front.

That’s normal behaviour , it will appear later in the week

Compared to Woolies, Flybuys is practically throwing points and other discounts at me.

Had a 2000pt/$80 (unexpectedly) post as 4000 points last week as the pre-discount spend was ~$157, on top of the Coles Plus booze bonus points (on whisky that was already $50 less than Dan's was asking), extra points from Coles Plus and Coles Plus Saver (so all up about 5300 points on a $115 spend), a 15% off discount, a free burger pack, a free chocolate block, a free pack of ginger beer, another 10% off through Coles Plus Saver (off the original undiscounted amount including the cost of the freebies) and week 1 of my 10K/$60 spend.

These offers started on Friday 10 days ago and we went shopping on Thursday and was puzzled why the offer didn't trigger on receipt. Read through email again and realised we were a day early.

Then went shopping again Saturday and the receipt has congratulations on the bottom for completing week 1 and only 3 weeks to go. Check again today and the offer has disappeared from Flybuys account. Will be interesting to see if the receipt is accurate fro completing week 2.

This is usual for Coles/Flybuys. It'll reappear later in the week.

(Coles and Flybuys have rubbish technology. As well as the vanishing 4 week spend, there's still no invoice available for an order I had delivered yesterday evening to check how much I will be charged and that I'll meet the week 2 spend. Pretty hopeless really...)

Your invoice should be on the Coles website. Under 'more' then 'orders and purchases'

Providing you have Coles acc & linked your FBs.
Also I guess that you've signed up for digital receipts.

But it is there, at least for myself & has been discussed up thread.
