I just finished a 4 weeker for 10,000 FB points ($90 spend). I don't think I've seen 20,000 and I've completed quite a few now.

You may need to be a higher spender. I get them a bit but this last one was something like 4×$140 for 10k or 4x$190 for 20k. Another account only offered 4x$50 for 10k.

Definitely seen multiple 10,000 point 4 week offers across multiple cards in the same 4 week period. In fact I've just finished 2 of these netting 20,000 points across the two accounts.

I've completed these 20k offers few times. Started popping up ~12months I think.

They always an extra $50 per week for the jump from 10k to 20k.

Last week I made two separate $500 Uber gift card transactions during the 20x Flybuys promotion.

One transaction gave me 19 bonus points and the other 9500 bonus points. There was also 525 regular points ($25 on shopping and the 500 spend on the gift card)

I queried these with Flybuys via the live chat this morning. Their response "The standard points that you get was included on the 20x points that why you only get 9,500 bonus points plus 500 points from the $500 uber gift card . if purchased an uber gift card you will get the 500 points from the initial amount that you spent plus the bonus points . The computation will be $500X19= 9,500"

Is this a new policy? Historically I've always seen the bonus points be separate to the transaction amount.

Are you querying the points awarded or just how it shows up in the Flybuys app? If the app, I agree the app has always shown bonus points separately. All my past transactions will show points at 1:1 against the spend and bonuses separately. My last such bonus was only 4 days ago

Yep my question is should it be 10,000 bonus points PLUS 500 points in spend or should be 10,000 bonus points which is inclusive of spending $500 on the gift card.

It should be 10000 only from my experience (I have never noticed anything different). The offer was 20x points so the bonus is 19x.

Had good experiences via email with getting a 4 week 10k credited manually after an item being on sale in week 1 caused my spend to be a bit under the threshold.
Spoke to them on live chat after week 1 and they promised a one time exception. Sent email Monday and points credited today

Will do the $50 and likely the $60 offers.

I have hopefully trained it to be - 4x$50 for 10K points which is what I got today after finished recent one about a week ago
