Our docket Monday indicated achieving second week target. I assume everyone would have the same 4 week challenge dates ?My docket from todays shop which was the 3rd week completed of a four week challenge congratulates me on achieving my second week target!
Yes week one is typically longer @ 10 days.Week 1 is typically a 2 week period
Quite a common offer if you don't get a 5 weekend/4 spends $XY get 10K points. With the min spend for those offers being $50 that works out at 2,500 points for each $50 spend (but only if you make all 4 instalments), so a rate of 500 points per $10. Taking up the $30 offers see you getting 400 points per $10. So if you take up each offer you end up getting 2,400 points for a $60 per week spend vs the $50 2,500 point offers...I'm new to the Flybuys game but on my wife's card I've received spend $30 get 1200 points in quick succession. I.e. I've got 3 days to do the spend but each time I've done it another offer pops up. Currently onto my 3rd offer. (Still nothing on the main card though...)

Make sure you spend as CLOSE as possible to the $30 amount, not $40 or $50 something. If you are spending more, then simply cut the order on your card to as close to $30 as you can and put the remaining amount through without FB card.
The things we do to upset the algorithm.
By the sounds of it - you do have totally separate accounts with FBs? One in your name and one in your wife's.
Yep 2 accounts. The main one (mine) which is used by both of us for all purchases and the wife's (which only I use to try to manipulate the algorithm...)By the sounds of it - you do have totally separate accounts with FBs? One in your name and one in your wife's.
You use a CC?You don't believe they track your credit card?
I believe they may. So by separating into 2 transactions in same credit card payment your not mucking any algorithm imo.
Credit card linked to your FB's card.
Yes can use 2 or 3 separate cc's, maybe cash!
Ok fair enough. You use a CC?
Heard of eGCs? Amazing how many different ways of buying them (at a discount to face value)... then simply print out the barcode off them, making it the about the same size as the shop's card.
Simple matter of having the different 'points' cards barcode in one side of a clear card pocket and the eGC bar code on the other side - works a treat. No need to ever take out a card nor eGC. Wallets/card pouches last much longer.
Much easier to keep track (for you) and not let the algorithm keep track. Also faster than pulling out cards & eGCs.
Where do you get yours from? I'm not aware of anywhere selling discounted Coles gift cards at the moment so I'd appreciate knowing where some of the options are (or usually pop up if nothing available at the moment).Heard of eGCs? AFF Supporters can remove this and all advertisements
But you can buy eGCs with them... Which means you get the instant value of the discount.Ok fair enough.
Yes I do use a CC, earn a bundle of bonus sign up points, lot more than these 4 week offers, lot less hassle too, sign up, spend n cancel.
Each to their own of course.
Worth having a look at who you get phone, electricity, gas, car servicing (if part of a large chain), NRMA (or similar) etc etc.Where do you get yours from? Don't even need to print. Just scan the bar codes to your e-wallet (add them as loyalty cards or vouchers depending on the app) and include the PIN as part of the name and voila!Heard of eGCs?
