People phoning radio talkback complaining that they present their shopping cards at the servo only to find the cashiers are overriding the discount and when they get home and check their receipts the receipt has not been applied.
Happened to me last week at (WW) Ampol Foodary. I saw it register but when I got home, nothing.
Check your fuel discounts as I reckon their is a large scam going on.

Got one overnight for 5,200 points for a single $130 shop in the next few days. Easy! There’s also a few general 5x and other offers I can stack with this one.

On my 3rd week in a row of these now… $130 for 5,200 the first week… then $130 for 5,400 last week, and now $140 for 5,600 this week

A few big spends on booze in the recent 4x$60/10K offer means the algorithm now has the wrong idea. I’ll need to do a couple of $20-$30 shops to reset it.
