That sounds like a complete rip-off. Is there any reason you stick with it?

I guess I live in hope that I might be one of the lucky winners next time LOL, but it's starting to wear pretty thin now. I don't spend a lot of time on it any more, not really much point unless there's some sort of incentive at least once in a while.

I've been a member of Coles Circle since last year (from May, I think) and despite contributing regularly to the conversations, completing all activities etc, and earning the points from those to enter the monthly prize draws I've never won anything. Earning Flybuys points would certainly be a more useful "reward".

I'm part of a similar set up with Woolworths called "My Table". We don't get points but we do get entries into the draw for participating in surveys and commenting on the forum pages. Sometimes there are tasks to complete which you are guaranteed a gift card for but these usually involve posting photos or videos of a visit to the store. I've actually been lucky as I usually win a gift card a couple of times a year.

Yes, I'm a "My Table" member as well (and whatever the previous incarnation of it was called) and quite like it. I usually win a gift card once or twice a year too, as well as the occasional gift card for the activities you've mentioned, so that helps to keep the interest going!

and for those that say a picture is worth a thousand words....

Here's Coles latest Xmas advice. I'd like to know how they worked out you could stack and get another 5,000 points. By my reckoning if you stack two lots of triple points EVERY spend and two lots of 1,000 pt coupons - you'd still need to spend over $1,000 to get to 5,000 points - what have I missed? Unless they expected people to buy $100 of cereal at 25x points perhaps?

The advice could be read as the average member getting the 5000 points over the whole year-which is possibly close to the truth. Glad I'm not average

Chasing up more bonus points that haven’t posted. It’s almost becoming a regular occurrence over the last month or so.

The response I received from FB is that I made the purchase prior to activating the offer, however they’d grant me the points anyway.

I was a bit miffed as I know that the feedback received was incorrect. I can only assume the issue is one system was displaying AEDT and the other AWST.

Received offer of 1,000 Flybuys points for $50 spend.
And not completing this offer as I was overseas comes a much nicer offer of spend $50/week for 4 weeks and earn 10,000 Flybuys points.

Nappies and formula at a discount suits us fine.

Anyone ever been offered (and received) points for nothing?

[TARGETED] 500 Free Flybuys Points - OzBargain

I got a docket deal once for 500 points for updating my details on my account. I did this but never got the points. I haven't seen the offer mentioned on OzBargain before. I've seen offers of points for making any purchase at Coles but not an automatic 500 points for no transaction. I like the no minimum purchase offers. I've bought a few apples and bananas this way (one at a time of course).

Struggling to use your Frequent Flyer Points?

Frequent Flyer Concierge takes the hard work out of finding award availability and redeeming your frequent flyer or credit card points for flights.

Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, the Frequent Flyer Concierge team at Frequent Flyer Concierge will help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Noob question, but what I think I'm seeing is that Flybuys is offering different offers to everyone, we're not all getting the same offer. Is that right?

For instance I've got a 10x bonus on VA flights to Perth and 15x bonus on Perth hotels, if I book with Flybuys travel. Which sounds nice on paper, but I think I could earn more points if I book directly with VA.

Received a 100x points offer for Bertocchi salami. Just in time too. That'll tick me over the 2000 mark before the end of the month so I can get some more 15% transfer bonus to VFF

The majority of flybuys offers are targeted. I'm not sure about the travel offers, but it's possible they have access to your previous bookings and target their offers accordingly.

Flybuys look at the total you spend at Coles and how often you shop their and send offers based on your usual spend and frequently purchased goods categories.

Liquorland offer: $40 in one transaction/week for 3 weeks and get a $50 Liquorland gift card

Spent $40 at Liquorland in one transaction last week (first week). No notification on receipt. Checked FB site, as it usually still has the offer up if you've started it but its gone in to the expired offers section.

Flybuys rep, is this a known issue?

That's a known issue with the Coles multi week promotions but I haven't had Liquorland offers for years so I don't know whether it's the same coding issue. It sounds like the same bug with a different offer. Hopefully the flybuys rep will have more insight. It's a pity you didn't get an acknowledgement on the receipt. Unfortunately this is also a known issue on the multi week Coles offers.

Multiweek offers always do this. In a few days you’ll see week 2 appear

Another offer of spend $50 and earn 1,000 bonus points in the moddle of my 4 week spend $50 each week for 10,000 bonus points.

Have a 4,000points for home delivery shop >$100. Hurdle for the 4 week promo was $60. I really struggled to hit $50 so let it pass.

Finally opened the bonus points letter from weeks ago, 1,000pts for $40 spend alternating with triple points. Used one of those today ($41, just got there...who said a bar of chocolate wasn't good for you o_O

Has anyone had status credits for November posted yet? Probably a bit early but just curious.
