Sorry for the confusion. Can you let us know which promotion and we'll investigate?

Hi. Can I also ask FlyBuys about coupon points not posting after 1 week - specifically 1000 point online offer, user with 1000 point and X10 coupons on a First Choice $53 purchase - both should have triggered but no bonus points yet, though base purchase showing. Any known issues?

Bonus points from partners (I.e liquor land, 1st choice etc) will always take a period of time to post, where as the coles offers tend to take about ~48 hours.

My 4 week offer was for $50 each week for 10,000 points. We should be able to manage that.

Most of the first 2 weeks will be paid for in flybuys dollars and some gift cards from other loyalty programs and online surveys.

Cannot understand the logic sometimes.

Activated latest offers and noticed an offer that no email ever came for. Then another email arrived for online ordering.

So order shortly for W1 of spend $x get 10,000 as well as free delivery online order get 4,000 and spend $X by today get 1,000. Good to see the right hand knows what the left is doing over there.

I thought I'd actually missed an email or moved it to the activated offers folder in my email without activating it. I also had a spend $50 for 1000 points offer which hadn't been activated in my account. I found it when I went to activate my new spend $50 for 1000 points valid from today until Friday. Maybe Flybuys forgot to send out the emails for some of the offers. Originally I thought I'd lost track of things after being on holidays for a week but now I'm not so sure.

I did my week 1 shopping today, took up the 1000 points email offer, used my weekly coupon for 500 points and effectively earned 2500 points pro rata from the 4 week offer. That makes 4000 bonus points for the $50 purchase which is about a 40% saving.

... or if you decided to get really silly and save up for a Suites to Europe and back 4,000 x 6 cents per point = $240 of First Class fun paid off!

Why would I spend $200 for 4000 points when I've just spent $50 as mentioned above to get over 4000 points?
It is strange, especially as I'm just in the first week of a spend $50 per week for 4 weeks to get 10,000 points. I assume I get both the 10,000 and the 4000 of I spend the $200 in week one as my $50 for that week and still spend $50 each week for the remaining 3 weeks.

I assume you'd get both, especially as the spend $200/4000 points doesn't seem to be targeted (even though it appears in the offers section of my Flybuys accounts with an "activate now" button) as it's being constantly advertised on TV and there's signs plastered all over our local Coles store about it.

I'm in Week 1 of the same $50/4 week spend offer, which is the only way I'd be spending $200 at Coles, and that's over a month, no way I'd even get near that in a single shop!

Yes, you do but you also GUARANTEE to shift your hurdle rate in future to a significantly higher level. Some members have had to wait over a year for it to resume the prior hurdle level - short term gains...

All FB offers can be stacked such as docket offers, coupon offers, email offers and auto offers (spend $200 get 4,000 points).

Remember this is all about 'strategic marketing'.

Has anyone had email offers not post within their normal ~48hr timeframe.

These are product offers from Coles so surprised they haven’t showed up with the shop as what happens normally.

I had an offer last weekend for 250 bonus points for ice coffee. The bonus points never posted as usual, so I rang the flybuys team. They told me it could take up to 4 weeks for the bonus points to post. I hope this isn’t the new normal, as it is going to get messy trying to keep track of bonus points 4 weeks after a purchase...

Just checked, bonus from Friday's shop is there today.

I am aware that the partner offers usually take the 4 weeks to post, but it would be annoying if the Coles offers were to be the same.

Saying that, I am hoping the system is a bit glitchy explaining the delays.

Last weekends shopping used triple points docket offers for two separate dates - both scanned OK but neither posted.

My base and bonus points from this weeks transaction have posted okay,

The only points I am missing at the moment are from the app targeted offer in July. My 200 points for installing the Coles app and linking my flybuys number haven't been credited.
