Flybuys Targeted Bonus Promotions

3000 points for a $200 spend, Sat to Mon. A bump of $35 on the last offer. Looks like we will make this one then switch to Woolworths for a while until the next offers drop.

Anyone having problems getting Liquorland points to credit? Base points credit fairly quickly but an email offer and a coupon (both spend x for y points) still haven't posted. Both transactions more than a week ago.

2000 points for spending $70 and my local, add in the 1000 point coupon that came in the mail (also $70 spend) and it will be a very rewarding shop today.

no bonus points from our recent shop either

FYI if you ever forget to scan a coupon or docket offer (or if it's damaged, lost etc) you can call flybuys and they will manually apply the points to your account after you shop. Have done this a few times over the last few weeks they have no problems adding it. Same with points earned via partners.

.

You can also do this in store - an attendant indicated this to me, so I tried it and no issues.

We scanned a triple points offer last Saturday in which the docket was taken and ripped up but $350 worth of shopping and no points issued. Must have been scanned incorrectly. Bit of a shame to waste this.

Is there a record of it on the docket?

It should show a 0.01 cent cost if it scanned correctly along with a narration "Coupon Offer" (even if it was a docket not a coupon).

To save grief going forward - always look to see if the amount payable has gone up by 1 cent or more (if several coupon offers scanned). These then get netted off when you go to the payment screen.

My wife has a habit of tearing off any further docket offers and throwing away the receipt. So i have no record of it and hence haven't bothered to follow it up. it wasn't until a few days later i noticed it never gave us the extra points. Nothing to be done about it now.

Feeling the love from Flybuys today.

After twice ignoring their "Spend $80 to get a $15 voucher" they hit me with a 4000 points for my first Android Pay transaction, a triple points for my biggest shop over the next 3 days and 4000 bonus points + Free Delivery if I spend $100 through Coles Online within the space of 12 hours.

The Coles Online offer expires 3 days after we move into our new apartment so that one will be easy enough, we'll probably spend that on cleaning and bathroom products alone tbh.

quite enjoyed the 10c per litre off on my flybuys card( every fill for a week) combined with 8pts per litre(rather than 4c a litre off) and AMEX - spend $40 and get $10 back - lots of bonus points from some cheaper than expected fuel

What I dislike is that both C & W seem to make this offer right after they've jacked the price up 20 or more cents.

I took advantage of the Amex offer just before the prices shot up, filling up the cars and a couple of jerry cans. Did so at around 112.9 before 4 cpl off and Amex $10 back.

lucky in QLD - still having a price war

My normal brand of chocolate chips/bits has been cheaper at C than W. Plus for C.
Last time I went through the package price had gone up in price - which was totally offset by a corresponding offer of FlyBuys points.... Minus for C.

OTOH the alternative brand was on sale and rather than being 50 cents more expensive was now at least a dollar less than the "new" price.

Since W seems to not want to offer anything in the way of targeted "specials" and the C store is more convenient I think my shopping decisions will remain as is.

Though I do get some "kick-back" about certain W products being better than C from the other half. The fact I just got $100 worth of general groceries for $34 ($50 FBs and $16 specials saving) seems to be ignored.

Oh yes, the homemade chocolate chip cookies are less expensive than W's even on special and taste better. Pity about the caloric content though.

Just wandering

Have been targeted with my first 4 week offer - $50 a week for four weeks and get 10,000 points in return. With the triple point and bonus point offers I currently have that overlap, this could be a productive month.

I thought there might be another 4 week offer around the corner based on the timing and type of some of the other targeted offers out there. Thanks to you I checked my account and found a 4 x $50 offer for 10,000 points in the account.

Make sure you are really careful about the dates of week 1 and then the subsequent weeks which are a little different.

Have fun stacking offers while you can.
